Just taking a guess, they would still have to meet most if not all of the standards. I have zero knowledge really of how it all works, but I don’t see how this would be any different than a main release.

Was able to snag the Charizard UPC today from a Gamestop. I know everything that’s in it, but I can’t wait to get home from work in the morning and open it.
