I'd like a mini series, but not too mini. This is a significantly longer story than we got in the finished film, and I would want to see an adaptation take its time and do it right.

Someone had to learn the lesson the hard way, and it ended up being Hasbro with Optimus Prime. But it did make the movie a lot more memorable, so it was a double edged sword. By now I'm sure the money they've made from it is well worth it.

I imagine it'll start on Earth this time. Starting from the beginning was an interesting idea but I doubt Hasbro will want to see the experiment repeated.

I'm open to this idea. The different sublines don't seem to have any distinct rules. They just release what they can wherever they can.

There's room for "What if?" alternate versions of stories. We have a thread for it. IDW could have made a whole series out of it. But Deviations isn't that. It's the Facebook fandom's grudge that they just will not get over.
