When Core class eventually stops existing because we can't have nice things, I feel like we'll probably continue to get Small Guys Because They Were Small In The Cartoon one way or another. As such, I'd rather we get as many Small Versions Of Big/Regular Sized Guys as possible while it lasts.
"Halloween costumes are supposed to be scary!"
"No, Halloween costumes of heroic characters are well established."
"Hm, I'd like to suggest a compromise..."
The current team has pulled off some pretty impressive miracles in terms of making basically screen-accurate robot modes that basically successfully transform, but everyone has a limit, and honestly it's not at all surprising to me that they reached that limit at the intersection of "Core class"...
Not entirely sure if there's a counter-joke here I'm not getting, or if you misunderstood that I was joking about the hypothetical characterization of Shattered Glass Flamewar.
Flamewar is an evil recolor of a very recognizable heroic character, so the SG line is a thematically appropriate place for her, even if in practice it means this is technically an alternate universe version of her whose characterization is probably one big joke about Glen Hallit or someone.
I'm going to list a bunch of silly things that I don't necessarily actually want, and probably end up genuinely wanting every single one of them by the end of the post.
- Core Class RID01 Megatron, to belatedly fill that conspicuous hole in the Spychanger lineup
- Standalone Cerebros who turns...
Weirdly, I think this is the first time I've even taken a picture of any two of Cyberverse Hot Rod, TR Hot Rod, and Siege Firedrive, together, let alone all three.
On one hand, as UndeadScottsman says, the expectation would be that Hasbro would own the characters, and as far back as the eighties they've apperently had the foresight to make this explicit in their contracts (thus Circuit Breaker randomly making an appearance in Some Other Thing before making...
This is weird. I only ever had a G2 version, but for some reason I remember him having the slot. I'm gonna have to dig him out of storage now and try to get my memory to align properly.
I don't know if I'd ascribe such importance to the KO in particular, but I do think it's a given that most people are more familiar with Devastator's original colors than any of the later versions, most of which are generally referred to by their primary color just because all of them have...
I genuinely do not see where you're coming from on this. To me it's like you're saying this is "just regular Optimus Prime colors" because he's still red.
