I'm out. I love how bonkers this all is. It's not Evergreen. It's weird and different and does not care how you expected the characters to look, and it's beautiful. But the designs still need more paint than they're getting, and some of the alt modes are just dire. And elbows are a premium now...
Arcee's colors could have been revised to match the animation colors had the toy come out. But I'd give it the same chance as Hot Rod, Kup, Ultra Magnus, Springer, and Galvatron getting their colors fixed before their toys came out. It didn't happen.
We got robbed but at least we're getting to see the costumes and the Boardtrot decorations, and that's the important part anyway.
When news broke that this show was canceled I did not think we would still be talking about new content this much time later. This leaker is a hero.
ROTB's kid stuff appealed to me a lot, but the paint-free block coloring just does not work with the character designs. I can't get past it. If Cyberworld manages a similar level of fun, but with character designs that actually fit the paint budget, I am prepared to love it.
Okay this has my interest. I wasn't sure we needed another Legendsish line that isn't scale compatible with what any other company is already doing, but they're willing to do something just for fun even though it isn't in the precious toon.
