It's more likely that the current new Spider-Man cartoon on Disney+ was already set in stone ahead of time and they don't want to have two new Spider-Man cartoons unrelated to each other out at the same time.
It's actually not quite MIB. The box is pre-opened and pretty banged up, with Roulette only staying in place by a single plastic tie that's barely holding on to her. The two figures themselves are in good condition, at least, with Shadow Striker still firmly secured by all of her original...

So my "Lady Cliffjumper" nickname for her in my report wasn't too far off from what they were nicknaming her behind the scenes.

I never owned Tri-Rex, but I remember fiddling with his component figures at a friend's house once. Lots of the dinosaur skin parts for the T-Rex's head, torso, and tail were made from an incredibly soft rubbery...
Though he really shouldn't have been so surprised, considering he saw the planet collapse in on itself just a few short years earlier in Dark of the Moon.
