The mechs move a bit clunkier, as one might expect, and I don't think there's a time limit involved (which was always weird anyway, but hey, video games).
I'll just say I liked both, while recognizing their differences.
Nintendo's been moneyhatting these things starting with the sequel; it wasn't a censorship thing at all.
Now, one can still certainly appreciate the irony of it all, given Nintendo's past, as you said, but...
There's a little more detail about it here.
Reggae is more of an Oriental stork, but that aside, I'm down with a Mega Pets game...
...though why you'd include Reggae, but leave Treble out is beyond me. ;)
"Arise, Shotimus Prime..."
I'm amazed at how well this trailer seems to fit with other TFs' vehicle modes. It's just a damn shame it has no way to actually connect!
Yeah, it may not be as good as the originals, but they're still pretty dang good, and help liven them up if you've played them many a time and would like something to freshen them up a little.
In other news...
Trust me, it still feels like a miracle if I get through it, so it's not just you. "Jump! Jump! Slide! Slide!" is an infamous meme among fans for a reason, and it's part of what sets 8 apart from the rest of the series.
The other part is weapon weakness cycles. The key is taking one guy out...
In Zero's case, he's a Wily creation, so Wily pretty much has to be involved, even if by proxy. Much like with Bass or the Mega Man Killers or the Robot Masters, but on a much more significant scale.
In other news, I've spent the last several months working on a new project, and I'm finally...
I'd recommend Mega Man 5 as a good place to start, if difficulty is the issue, or perhaps 10 in Easy Mode. 8 is a bit of an oddball entry with segments that can throw even series veterans. I think the Legacy Collections offer various tools to help series beginners, too.
If that's not the issue...
I've always wanted a sort of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker situation, but as a Mega Man X story that explores the last days of the original series without ending said original series.
Edit: Oh, right, I almost forgot. It's late AF, but if you're curious about Gunvolt Chronicles: Luminous...
Oh, yes, even better!
I mean, I'd include the RB Academy recruits in there, too, but...
Got a desktop wallpaper resolution-sized version of that, by any chance? =)
