Oh yeah! I almost forgot about that. I loved that episode as a result. What's funny about the storybooks is that, IIRC, the rest were all based on episodes of the '80s cartoon.

Didn't they use the cartoon model with a red chest there? Or am I missing some other difference besides color? Which is funny, because Swoop always struck me as one of the smarter Dinobots, relatively speaking.

If memory serves, they went way over budget on RPM, and switched producers mid-season. That episode was probably a cost-saving measure that still allowed them to fulfill their ordered episode requirements.

Ahhhhh, okay. Thanks! Yeah, that makes a ton of sense. It actually looks surprisingly... okay-ish, maybe? It doesn't look like GOTY or anything, but as a little time-wasting mobile game, it has enough charm and references and that unique Ranger cheesiness to make it seem kind of endearing...
