Yeah, the entire point seems to be to try to hand off the torch to a new generation.
Either the original cast, or the corporation seems DAMNED scared to actually do that.
Yup, but let's break it down just a little bit:
-Trump won in a landslide of just over 50% of the vote... which was lower than they expected.
-31% of the voters said that even 1 successful indictment would prevent them for voting for trump in the primary. Even if that number is overblown...
Waffling between fallout 4 and icarus right now, literally just killing time till friday when a new game I've been looking forward to (Pal World.) finally drops.
Yeah, the judge said he could speak if he could abide by the rules everyone had to follow. Trumps lawyer said "he will not do that" and trump threw himself in a rambling, nonsensical, political diatribe.
And engoron let him. Anyone else would have been slapped with contempt of court charges...
See, here's the thing about a cult: you can't name yourself the successor, the cult leader has to do it, otherwise the cultists will not embrace the new guy.
Here's the thing about trump: he's never going to name a successor, because that means he won't be in charge and making money anymore...
If he had gotten his way: he would have very quietly, very hypocritically gone to some other country, gotten the procedure done there, and then happily have a super pac write the whole thing off as a fact finding mission.
No it wasn't, because part of the strike was over the rights. As in "actors own the rights to their likenesses and voices and will get paid for their use even when created by machine" kind of rights.
