I'll admit, my love of the character does a lot of heavy lifting for the price, just enough that I was willing to pay retail, but not go much further above it in the aftermarket.
Ah, thanks. Yeah, I remember the Cliffjumper now (and am sorta jealous), but I didn't know there was a Goldbug from that, too. Was it any different? I can't find anything on it.

Given the nature of the reason behind the change from Slag to Slug (as stupid as I may find it to be), I can see why Hasbro wouldn't want to use the old name any further, even on "older" product.

Oh, totally. I mean, it's kludging stuff a bit, rather than designed for it (sadly, I don't think any of these guys were really "designed" to fit with their respective Titans in ways approximating the originals), but it's doable.
