I largely enjoyed it. The final conflict was a bit idiot ball in setup but the resolution was worth it. I enjoyed it less than No Way Home but it’s probably tied with Shang-Chi for second place.

They very much seem to be following the Bumblebee style of “slightly tweaked versions of the original designs”. A good call I think.

Super hard to look at a 4” scale car with lights and sounds for $36 and then Hasbro wanting $350 for their Engine of Vengeance. You could’ve *easily* done something like Mattel’s car at a 6” scale with Robbie at TF Commander prices.

I would assume it’s done out of a mixture of “fairness” (nebulous though that is) and the weirdly American thinking that “a hard life builds character” …rather than you know make life miserable for no good reason.

He’s definitely a character I don’t think they’ve really nailed outside the Masterpiece. …course that still puts him ahead of Tracks whose MP is still far from ideal.
