Then there is no problem it fits on his back fine and stays on his back fine.
-ZacWilliam, does the fact that it part forms during the transformation seriously bother you? I honestly can't imagine caring about that.
Looks like MTMTE Part 1 aired September 17th 1984. I would have been 8 years (and 5 months) old.
I remember catching a blurb on the news my father was watching about the new toy robot miniseries.
I don't remember for sure but I was a huge Cartoon kid so I expect I was glued to the TV for the...
I would submit different things are fun for different folks. Lots of nerds LIVE for the fun of continuity talk.
That absolutely doesn't have to be the case for you, in which case just don't do it and let others enjoy.
-ZacWilliam, one of the pluses of conversations here being optional.
These are always fun.
I was inspired by ideas floating around in one of the other threads and decided to flesh them out for fun.
My Concept: It's time to really play up the "Robots In Disguise" concept more than it has been in a long time. Vehicles and things kids could see outside their...
The Nacelle company is buying up a LOT of retro properties and promising a lot of revival toys and even shows for a company that has managed to put out just a couple toys.
Don't get me wrong, I hope they do great, but I feel like they could stand to have some more success or even just attempts...
Just Preordered the full toy version at Hasbro Pulse. Comes out month of my Birthday so I have good odds of not cancelling..
-ZacWilliam, They have the anime version up too but at the wrong price. :p
In my experience both helmets fit fine.
The one that comes on him is a hair small looking, but can fit fine.
The other one is perfect and looks great.
Any issue there is with the person trying to put it on.
Leg joints are a tad loose, yes, but not terribly so.
He's VERY NICELY poseable...
My Ultimates Bludgeon just arrived.
Overall:
Wow. He's Big and He's solid. And he looks like Bludgeon. Marvel Comics, Leader of the Decepticons, Bludgeon. I never had the original and none of the versions since have really gone for the original Pretender Shell design. This has a few flaws but...
BW is VERY vague about it.
IIRC, we are told:
The Great War ended.
300 Years latter is the Maximal ruled Cybertron of the BW Present.
We are not told:
When the Great War ended (2005? 2023? 4333?)
What planets "Years " we talking about? Cybertrons?
And then latter fiction added the caveat few...
Yeah, "fixing" that would have made it look notably less like the G1 Diaclone toy, where the whole point of this is to BE that toy with articulation.
-ZacWilliam, there are a billion other toys if you want a different Optimus design.
It could, But far as I've heard people say Animation Writers, Directors, Animators and Voice Actors are all different Unions than the live action versions and are not currently on Strike.
-ZacWilliam, last I heard.
I wonder if there is Die-Cast like the original? The weight of that alone adds to the price, and then there's the increased parts price of adding all the articulation. And if it's getting a relative limited run... I'm not saying I don't wish it were cheaper but I'm not surprised with the price...
Was at a new comic book store this weekend and saw Origins Roton for the first time. But they wanted $70 and that wasn't happening.
Today I went by the Walmart in Bristol, Ct and they had 9 Rotons in the Clearance isle for $10 each. Absolutely snagged one.
-ZacWilliam, also grabbed Origins...
I want to say that I recognize the joke here, but also honestly I just unironically Really want a mail truck TF.
-ZacWilliam, and a school bus, and a food truck, and a taxi...
