Like that one movie toy line that had the Cyberverse sub line, with larger Commander class and smaller Legion class. I dearly wish they’d do more Legion class to go with Core. I like the little Autobot cars lined up with Core Ironhide and the Dionobots.

Who would have guessed we'd see Generations updates of the Powerdashers before the Omnibots?

I don't really care about the Matrix or energon axe or any of that cartoon stuff. They just seem weird in this context. I pre-ordered it today. I hadn't realized it's not being released until next May!

I did go out to Target yesterday and held EarthSpark Elita in my hands. It's a solid "maybe." I do really like the visual design, but I'll wait to see if they upgrade her from warrior to deluxe.

Wait, I just looked up a YT review, and it looks like that toy does have knees.

I think I might have to buy that EarthSpark Elita now. Lining up all these figures, I want more alt modes for her. I want a tank Elita! Nah, not a fan of that mold.

Mold degradation is working its magic on Dion. His bicep cuts are super loose. His thigh cuts are almost too tight. But other than that, I'm pretty happy with these figures.

I like how the chest window is evocative of a Cyber Key.

This opens a window into a Bizarro world where the original toys were held in high regard instead of the cartoon. I never watched the cartoon as a child. I had the first two years' toy catalogs. I'm G1 toy all the way. This is a dream come true!

“War Dawn” is specifically the name of the Dion/“Erial” set. It was reported that it was a SDCC exclusive.

It makes sense logistically if he’s a Leo Prime redeco/retool. But if he’s all-new, then that’s a shock. Then we wait for the Takara repaint into Lio Convoy, haha. I've been refreshing HasbroPulse all weekend waiting for that set to show up.

Animation work is done after the voices are recorded, no? Voice work is not an indication of finished animation.

This is my concern as well, but I'm hoping she'll tie in well with Takara's Roadmaster. He's a Junkion and he's got purple on him.
