    Avengers 5: DOOMSDAY

Defenders of this move will probably say that the MCU changed Ultron's origins too, among other things. So this should be totally okay.

Not to mention Trump backing out of the Iran Deal and imposing new sanctions in 2018.

    Avengers 5: DOOMSDAY

As if the MCU wasn't already Stark-centric enough.
  4. Pale Rider

    Avengers 5: DOOMSDAY

Adapting the existing Kang scripts is probably why they did this. They just subbed in Doom and decided to make him a Stark-variant. I won't be surprised if even more Stark-variants show up too.

    Avengers 5: DOOMSDAY

Can Evil Iron Man work as a big bad? Absolutely. I'd be down for that. But not at the expense of Doctor Doom. He should be a completely separate and distinct character in his own right. I mean, I get why they're doing this, but I don't have to like it. It's even worse than what Iron Man 3...
  6. Pale Rider

    Avengers 5: DOOMSDAY

I'd rather see Doom, not mirror-universe Stark. This smacks of both desperation and laziness.

    Avengers 5: DOOMSDAY

I think I'm done with the MCU now. The multiverse killed it.

At least he can scapegoat them when he loses, for all that'll be worth when he's facing several criminal trials. I wonder if another election loss will finally get the GOP to cut him loose.

I wonder if he's feeling any worse buyer's remorse than McCain did after picking Palin.

What stupid thing did the GOP say or do this time? Episode 3!

It's so weird listening to racists concern-trolling about black women having abortions.

Trump doesn't like having anyone around him that he can't simply fire. I bet having a VP that he can't do that to frustrates him to no end, but he has to win the election first for his running mate to have that level of immunity. If he's going to do it, he's going to have to do it soon.

    Traitor Watch - The 45 & 47 Thread

Trump is screwed if he doesn't win and he knows it. He can delay his trials long enough to get him to the election, but he won't be able to avoid them forever. That's why I think he might get desperate enough to replace Vance with someone who improves his chances.
