I'm guessing either Dan was ad-libbing the starbucks part and they didn't edit it out for some reason or the idea of showing the firehouse came after everything else was done and they forgot? I dunno. It was an odd bit but hell Ivo Shandor showing up in the flesh was an odd thing as hes supposed...
Yeah it was a great show but with ultra low stakes. Like sure bad for the characters if they lose but also not exactly earth shattering either. Like even the Ironman movies had higher stakes than.. a couple people die and a watch gets stolen.
It does feel.. odd to be introducing this right at the end yeah. Like.. I guess it wouldn't be the first companion that pined over a doctor who then went into a regeneration but like.. I dunno.
I dunno if they even will go back to a guy for the next regen. It would be a twist on the romance...
And due to that I finally got to see it and now can actually wander into this thread without worrying about spoilers.
So uh, yeah. That was a pretty ******* fun movie. Yes it got pretty memberberries in the last 4th but they were important memberberries not just for the movie but for letting...
I don't think AoS was ever really canon to the MCU. They certainly wanted to try to be but I don't know if the people in charge of the MCU ever remotely took them into consideration for anything.
I kinda hate it but I'm actually starting to like Jack. Like hes clearly a murderer and helping launder mob money but last episode really had me going "I mean hes a murderer but he killed a dude threatening his fiance and Clint the hero has done worse.. Natasha had done worse.. Maybe we just let...
I wonder if it would have been a better idea to use the 3 specials to allow each of the doctors to play out into a longer storyline with less jumping between them. At least it would have given more time to resolve what feels like a rushed finale
Damn Hawkeye why you gotta be so evasive about names. "I met someone" "It belonged to someone I worked with" its like dude, this is not sensitive information.
Maybe he just doesn't like saying their names because they died? I dunno. Felt weird to have it come up so many times this episode.
The interesting thing is that according to the Qcult isn't Trump like.. "Secret President" or something? Or him and Biden Face/Off'ed and its really Trump in the whitehouse? Some insane bullshit like that? So doesn't that like.. cause a problem for them? If Trump is secretly the president then...
I mean I enjoyed the first half of the flux event but yeah the back half.. not so much. The finale felt really underwhelming and like it left a lot of problems. Also just questions on peoples actions in the end.
Kinda where I am right now. I really found myself liking the first couple of Flux episodes and then I started to notice the patterns and how much extra stuff was being crammed in that didnt seem to really have room to be payed off or just dropped. That along with a lot of Chibnalls just.. gross...
Look if this was the case I would be a LOT more active in my community. I mean jive we already got the dystopia might as well have the nice parts of it as well
It looked like the rogue angle got caught anyways. Tecteun or "Awsok" in the subtitles showed an image of it saying something about having them. Seems like an abrupt dismissal of the plot point but that seems to be common in this 6 parter as stuff kinda just comes up and then poofs a minute...
So Hawkeye is out. Actually pretty good. They gave Bishop good motivation and kept her as down to earth as Clint is. The dynamic is fun and the plot while currently much lower stakes than any D+ entry into the MCU has been is still interesting enough.
