Even when the bot is totally removed from their og form, fans will find a way. The onky way to stop fans from fanning, is to completely up end the bots design and altmode. And then we get Shockwaves… ‘starship‘, or Sixshots ‘Submarine’ modes, that are totally not gun modes we swear. :) Still...

And leaving Magnificat as the toy head oddity. Magnificus was a new head retool of the first version Perceptor right? Whats the betting that Hasbro will, at some point, re-re-re-release this Perceptor, but with the toy head now. I mean, I’m kinda surprised that hasn’t happened yet anyway.

Star Optimus is supposed to be, as far as the Age of the Primes goes, Primes original form as the Thirteenth Prime. Whereas Star Convoy was Prime/Convoys final evolution. Personally, I’m not one for making Optimus one of the original Thirteen… But at least we do get a new Star Convoy/Star...
