Patch blinked. "Well... uh..." she began, "I... wanted to ask you for help. I think this place has started moving faster, and if anyone could help us figure out why..."

"Ah, um, I think we can do this." Patch had been quietly dreading a moment like this. She raised a hand with her palm facing forward. "Friday, if you need to, uh, make contact to do this..."

Yeah these "Special Guest" cards are not going to be easy pulls, so buying as a single is the way to go.

Assuming there are no obstacles to Kage and Patch's ascent to where Monday is, I think you can go ahead and narrate what happens when they reach her.

"Alright, then let's head up there. You lead the way."

A chill ran down Patch's spine. "Monday? Is she alright? I need to speak with her, right now!"

Patch was alert for further dangers, her adrenaline levels still elevated by the pain of her injury. "What happened? Is it over?"

You could still smash it, just to make sure.

The white-hot pain of the laser burning her skin made the perilous situation crystal-clear in her mind. Either someone did something about the laser or she was done for. And maybe she needed to be that someone and do something now, before it came around for another pass.

"Joy in a situation like this? Only a diehard thrillseeker would- no, that's your whole thing isn't it? Living dangerously, gambling with death... oh, speaking of..." Patch saw the laser moving closer. "...I think my luck is about to run out."

"You know, I find this situation to be already as spicy as I would like - whoops!" Temporarily distracted by Cinniúint's reappearance, Patch returned her attention to the laser just in time to see Destron dodging it again, and moved to follow the Viknadian's lead.

Patch's last post had her sending EB the shield she fabricated so maybe if he can run/jump quickly enough, it might help to catch Night Cap? Alas, there was nothing soft enough in the area for her to fabricate a giant pillow or beanbag chair...

"Yikes!" Patch might not have seen the laser coming towards her in time if she hadn't noticed Lady Destron's own move to dodge. Checking to make sure the fabricated shield was still intact, she began levitating it towards EB. "Here, EB, take this!"
