I mean you can keep it all and start again ala Abrams Star Trek. Link it together in a large loop where it both matters and does it. Wiping out six movies is a wild thing, especially when its a franchise most people have experienced.
You'd think the varying master technologies would be perfect for a live action film.
It would emphasize the strengths and diminish the weaknesses of the series.
Its why i get mad when people shriek REBOOT. All it takes is one decently constructed movie and its fine. Its one of the highest grossing franchises of all time, I'd hate to "lose" that history.

Movie Wheeljack is all over the place.
No Rook is definitely a problem.
I never would have expected a Rook but here we are. Definitely not impossible. Also, like, Leige Maximo doesn't feel too big of ask these days. Who knows who is coming out next.
Finally, the official pics of the seeker are more purple. He is pretty great.
This was a good movie. Everything made sense, no random meanderings or out of place wonkiness, several character arcs and lots of emotional pay off.
It was a movie with a singular vision that despite the characters and concepts involved, was surprisingly focused.
