Well I mean you did technically get some new features like save states, off-screen play, Miiverse and IIRC there was controller config too.
But yeah it was otherwise the same games lmao.
Yeah but I don't think anyone was expecting 46% tariffs on goods manufactured in Vietnam.
I do think...
>sees the news

(oh viola keep P&R in P&R i think it's fair to casually bring this up in a discussion thread about a new console)
No?
You get access to the BOTW and TOTK upgrades for free with NSO + Expansion Pack, yes (as long as you already own the original games) but you're not getting all of these upgrades for free with NSO.
I mean...they sort of did that on the Wii U?
If you had games on the Wii VC that were also available on the Wii U VC, you could upgrade to the Wii U VC version for a bit of a discount compared to the full price.
I feel it's probably a case of like:
- The games that are getting free performance patches for the Switch are just like...all they're getting is a framerate improvement. So like Pokémon Scarlet/Violet is one of those games so maybe it'll now run consistently at 30 fps but that's it. Everything...

It hurts so much but we lost Dippy's last kitten today. We don't know what happened, they just weren't breathing. We waited a bit to check and they were gone
^ Tbf in the case of the Osprey set, while Lego did 'officially' cancel it because there was a German group upset about it (IIRC), didn't some sets get out and in the hands of collectors and they discovered it also had some major design flaws that caused pieces to break if you used the gimmicks...
