August would have been perfect. Far enough after Inside Out 2 and far enough ahead of both Beetlejuice Beetlejuice and The Wild Robot do not get nearly as obliterated by any of them.
TF One really should have been released a month earlier in August.
Coinciding both it and Transformers Day with the 40th anniversary of the G1 cartoon in September was a fatal mistake.
ROTB was also originally supposed to release in 2022 but was delayed to 2023 thanks to the pandemic.
And had TF One released in the holiday season, it still would have faced heavy competition from Wicked, Gladiator 2, Moana 2, and the still-forthcoming expected mega-hit Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

IIRC, Micron Booster didn't include any bios for its Mini-Cons, so I don't see the harm in the Greg Sepelak and Trent Troop coming up with and giving bios to those bio-less characters.
In fact, I never saw the harm in their giving them new English names in contrast to their Japanese names...
In all honesty, I look at the design of a Cybertruck and think it would make a decently shaped foot for a combiner, Vehicle Voltron-style.
Just fold away the wheels and attach it to the Combiner's leg.
No joke, the first time I ever saw a Cybertruck, I had no idea what it was and legit thought it was a privately owned custom-made vehicle that was built based off the design of something from a sci-fi video game.
