My jaw hit the floor when I saw this:

Kind of funny how, of all the G1 references that were added to the RID 2001 dialogue scripts, that particular reference was not used in any of Magnus's appearances. Like, not even a casual, throwaway, tough-guy line like "It's time for me to deal with you now!" or "Let me deal with this now!"...

So much for Magnus's character growth.

We tried to make his dialogue sound cool, yes.

It's "dro" as in "hydro", like how Lightlong says "ligh" as in "lightning" (and is a triple pun with both his name and "rai" meaning thunder).

He ends several, but not all, of his sentences with "dro" (ドロ, doro), which most transcription software kept mistaking for "darou" (だろう), which changes the meaning of the rest of the sentence. He also made an elephant-based pun near the beginning of the ep that was really hard to convey. He...
