Yeah, but that's because they were lazy and didn't give them pre-earth names. (Outside of B-127 in the films) They went out of their way to give Prime a unique name that he would never use on earth and it's still loaded with Earth references.

It's not even the faux latin, it's that he shares the name of a bloody earth constellation millions of years before any human even walked the earth. :)

I like Optronix better, TBH.
