Bumping this to confirm; just found 2 Devcons at my local Target on the shelf. Pretty sure they weren't online order returns. Picked one up and it rang up just fine. So, if you're still hunting Devcon, you might hit up your local Target!
Yeah Target has a rerelease of it right now.

I got one this weekend. BBTS has had him up for preorder, but he's not listed till like oct.
Swung through three Targets an the last few days, and they each had a couple of Devcons on the pegs, and every single one looked like it came out of a box that had been punted off the truck and then kicked again out of the back room.
Yeah, the one I got also had box that was beaten up looking, but everything inside was fine.
So, now that I finally have a Devcon, somewhere in the dingy backrooms of my memory I seem to recall someone third-party had made a little Targetmaster buddy for him based on Slizardo. (My best guess would have been Prize Inside on their Shapeways store, but Shapeways is gone, so...) It's also possible I'm mis-remembering a digibash idea as actual product.
Can anyone weigh in on this? Does a little Slizardo buddy for Devcon exist, or is it just a cool idea that never actually got made?

I'd love an actual little figure for him, but Toyhax has a fun little sticker in their set for him:
$15 normally, on sale for $11 atm. There is hyperbole, and then there is pitching out to orbit. $90 is what you'd probably end up paying for the 3p Slizardo that barely counts as core class in size.
With a little paint, you could probably make a decent Slizzardo out of Legacy Iguanus. Just say he picked up an exo-suit or something to keep up with his partner.
Those customs out of Iguanus were among the first search results when I tried looking for the thing Haywire mentioned.

He moved to Cult3D after Shapeways. I didn’t see a Slizardo on his page but I suppose you could email and ask him?
Googling also turns up (i think?) Ignash's RoGunners, which has a Slizardo (think it's just a green version of one of the RoGunners Targetmaster style molds) for Botcon Devcon.
