Are we sure it's even official?

It looks to be a case of "Yes, but...". The developer isn't Sonic Team or even Hardlight it's...Rovio Entertainment. It's a Sega company since they were bought out but it's the Angry Birds people. Some people are wondering if they jumped the gun on adding a few of these. Any character who isn't officially revealed can be denied as being in the game if Sega says no to their inclusion.

Ajakes did Project 06 video. Interesting to see someone who's a self professed '06 hater comment on the game. Especially since he's so detail oriented but went in blind. I still haven't played it myself but I'll eventually try (and hope my PC doesn't melt).

Good news for those who value physical media!

Dang, now if I could just get Mega Man Fully Charged that way...

I get the feeling it being Netflix actually helped here, though, same developer aside.

The Megaman Fully Charged was made by the same folks who did Sonic Prime?!?
At some level, anyway. Wildbrain and Man of Action did both shows, but I don't know what the overlap of individual writers or animators between the shows was like.

Well, I didn't watch Fully Charged except for the first two eps but, well... I guess I can't judge it until I've seen enough. Sonic Prime was just stretched out though but they tried hard. Nine even worked. He was the breakout.

Prime was alright. Probably would have been better if they'd listened to input from SEGA, but...

As for Fully Charged, it takes a bit to get going. Once you feel like you've got the general vibe of the status quo, if you're not feeling it yet, then jumping ahead might be good. Episode 18 (of 52), "Enter the Wood Man," is where it kicked things up a notch for me.

In the earlier goings, I did a podcast with some other MM fans where we'd look at each episode. Unfortunately, schedules got harder and harder to coordinate, and so we haven't been able to continue. I'd like to restart it at some point and pick up where we left off, though. But as I type this, I haven't seen much past the episodes covered on the podcast (there were a couple of "lost" episodes as well, due to technical difficulties).

The post for the episode linked here doesn't cover Fully Charged itself, but has links at the bottom to the three different providers, if you're interested.
