My policies: Medicare for all, roll Social Security tax into regular income tax because "You're investing in your own retirement" has always been a lie and is just an excuse to tax the poor more, restructure rates so that anyone under $80K doesn't pay anything and doesn't even have to file (if this doesn't get the middle class to vote for me, nothing will), raise rates on everyone else to compensate (ramping up to a maximum of 90% just like the good old days), ban companies from selling customer data, invest heavily in high-speed rail and nuclear power, make mail-in ballots mandatory on a national level, make ranked-choice ballots mandatory on a national level, and free rooftop solar panels and ground-source heat pumps for all residents whose properties support it. That last one is less of a green-energy initiative (since the nuclear power should more than take care of that) and more of a way to win over middle-class suburban homeowners.
EDIT: Oh, and require Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and whatever other non-state territories are out there to vote for either statehood or independence, and honor their decision immediately with all it implies. Territorial status was only ever meant to be a temporary measure; I think the ghosts of the Founding Fathers would back me up on this even if they would wince at nearly everything else I just said.
