Lightlong and Leafback's mouths (and whole facial expressions) don't move either. It's a budgetary animation choice.Anyway, this may be over-analyzing a stylistic choice, but the fact that Megatron's mouth is not moving when he talks makes me wonder if he is being controlled in some fashion. If not by Volca (subtly manipulating a sky-hero to pursue his goal of unifying the planet), then by the element(al) energy itself....
Frontpaged, sorry for the delay.Fansub of Episode 3.
This time, I and a few others actually got to help contribute to this translation after reaching out to the fansubber to help polish it up. One minor typo slipped by us at the beginning ("Elemental Energy" should be "Element Energy"), but everything else is up to spec.
I'm curious where they'll stick the fifth element and associated limb....

I noticed Lightlong's static (heh) expression, but couldn't quite tell what was going on with Leafback's face (helmet?) design. It will be good for future dubbing teams, though.Lightlong and Leafback's mouths (and whole facial expressions) don't move either. It's a budgetary animation choice.
Oh no. This is how they get me every time. Exclusive color weapons. (I'm still looking for those damn AOE era Legendary Weapons.)
Edit: goddammit it gets worse, FOUR of them

They're all in-stock on Amazon Japan right now it seems. (The first wave was released yesterday in Japan for the record)
Pics of the next 4 Elemental Limb Robots:
Fire Lion, Earth Spinosaur, Earth Rhino, and Electric Pterodon that forms a wing pack and new five port chest plate.
-ZacWilliam, they all look cool.
Their names are Ignite Leo, Spirituan, Drillnohorn, and Thunderbeak.
The former two just made their debut in the most recent episode of the cartoon, in which the appear to have formed their own neutral third group, aligned with neither Optimus nor Megatron, which also confuses Lightlong since Spirituan is of the dinosaur tribe while Ignite Leo is of the animal tribe, and the two tribes have been at odds with each other since even before the arrival of Optimus and Megatron. And since their arrival, the dinosaurs have allied themselves with Megatron while the animals have been helping Optimus. So it is curious to see one animal and one dinosaur allied with each other but also opposed to both Optimus and Megatron.
Drillnohorn has also been named dropped thus far, but not seen yet.
No sign of Thunderbeak, though.
I would think that, at least in the cartoon, the fifth combiner for one team would come as the 'big surprise' after both Optimus and Megatron are evened up at four limbs each, no?No sign of Thunderbeak, though.
