I'll be curious to see how they do the coneheads. I don't have nearly as many grievances with the ER mold as some here, but one thing I never liked about it was how short the coneheads' heads were.
Heh, I was thinking that Amalgamous is everything I loved about the BM Vehicon toys, and Quintus is everything I hated about the BM Maximal toys.
I'm curious to see how Razorclaw looks as an actual toy, but I'm thinking it'll be a pass since I already got Tigerhawk and the colors aren't wowing...
Nice haul! I'm suddenly nostalgic for some Spychangers...
You gonna open that Shadow Striker/Roulette or leave it MIB? Bit of a shame either way since they look so good in both modes, and the package is so nice... both really nice color schemes I'd like to see used again.
I'm glad the G2 Dinobots exist, if only for nostalgia's sake (I had green Slag and blue Grimlock, but grey Snarl). Though I won't be getting them, already got the G1 ones, good enough for me.
I'll be passing on most of this I think, though I'll probably bite on a G2 Aerialbot set (or some other...
Leader-sized comics Fort Max!! Purple Soundwave!! Can't wait to complain they didn't get the shade right ;)
(Also, I hope they're just 'normal' colors, didn't care much for the faux "comics shading" on the comics Grimlock and Shockwave we got.)

CoffeeHorse's pic here made decide to finally take the plunge and buy an MP Prowl.
However, my research seems to indicate that only KOs come with two black launchers. As far as I can tell, the original Japanese release only came with one black launcher (and...
Marvel comics decos! (sob)
It kinda varies on a case-by-case basis though. I think in a vacuum, generally the toy decos are more vibrant and interesting, but sometimes I do want something that looks like the cartoon. Or I even just prefer the cartoon look, as Shadewing says.
Kingdom Cyclonus...

I agree with Exatron that I think the main problem is the middle portion is shorter than it should be, and the area where it's missing (red line below) got 'given' to the back end, making it longer than it should be. If the middle chunk was as big as the yellow line it would look a lot better...
