I mean, it likely won’t for a few reasons
A. The story is already in motion, so there’s no need to set everything up.
B. Void Rivals is a brand new IP, meaning the world and characters all need to be established, which takes time
C. Transformers is a different kind of story than Void Rivals...
The new creative team taking over with Issue 25 has been announced.
Robert Kirkman will be writing with Dan Mora stepping in as the artist.
The current colorist (Mike Spencer) and letterer (Rus Wooton) will be staying on.

I listen to this local improv comedy podcast, and they did an episode playing on Transformers that I figured would be worth sharing here
My interpretation was that they were forcibly conquering world who resisted imperial rule, whether as separatists or just planets who did not want to recognize the Empire
Maybe I missed it, but I thought the only thing they got from his shop was how his radio system worked, which is what allowed them to track down Kleya. I may be mistaken, but it didn't seem like there was anything else valuable (intelligence wise) there.

Very encouraged by this trailer. I like what I see of the tone. Hoult's Luthor looks really compelling so far. Also, unless I'm mistaken, Rick Flag Sr. is the Secretary of Defense, yes?
