TBF, it's not actually a chainsaw - it's a bonesaw.

Poor guy. Spider-Man was such a homophobe towards him.
I keep seeing people abbreviate 'Cobra Commander' as 'CoCo' and I love it. It's ill fitting and completely fitting at the same time.
Reveals from the NYCC panel for GI Joe:
Next wave, joined by the previously revealed Dreadnok Flatline, will be Oktober Guard Diana, HardBall, Heat Viper, and Shipwreck (modern sweater look, evocative of the 2013 Dollar General assortment version).
As previously stated, the 87 film will be a major focus for the line next year, and they’ve dropped render reveals for 3 new, cartoon, inspired figures in the Retro assortment:
Chuckles (with Havoc missile)
Zarana (Looks like a repaint to me)
Tunnel Rat (maybe just a repaint?)
Render reveals:
Ambush
Ninja Force Storm Shadow (new) with Billy Kessler (aka, Cobra Commander’s son).

Has Billy ever had a figure before?
I don't think he's had a retail release before but he has been done for the Collectors Club years ago.

So I got Dr. Rand from Fresh Monkey Fiction/BBTS' Operation Monster Force line. Dr. Rand in the Monster Force fiction is a geneticist who experiments to create a werewolf serum. His base design also heavily invokes Dr. Quest from Johnny Quest, which is very fun. Half of the fun of the Monster Force stuff is fitting them in as stand-ins for other characters.
He comes with a lot of accessories. Among them a syringe gun and a futuristic laser pistol...
...and medical gloves.
He also comes with a briefcase that contains some science-y looking vials.
Of course he has alternate parts to turn him into a werewolf.
But why am I talking about this here in the GI Joe thread? Well Operation Monster Force stuff is designed to be very compatible with GI Joe Classified. A lot of the swappable parts use the same connectors Classified figures use, and you can easily mix and match. Heck, my custom 1/12 scale Phantom of the Opera figure uses a Monster Force Dracula body and the neck and head from GI Joe Classified retro card Flint. It all snaps together perfectly. There are also plenty of generic army dudes from Operation Monster Force and both of its sister FMF/BBTS lines Soldiers of Fortune and Eagle Force to fill out your Classified ranks, if you were so inclined. But above all else? Dr. Rand here comes with a second human head that turns him into a stand-in for the Cobra mad scientist Dr. Archibald Venom.

I was cleaning up my Amazon Prime watchlist and came across G.I. Joe: Renegades and read the description to my dad and he said that sounds like The A-Team and I said yeah.
Super7 Reaction+ wave 10 is now available, featuring Sunbow Flint, shoreman’s jacket Shipwreck, Arctic Baroness and a SNAKE Armor.
