I will say, if they had even two or three eps of CarRanger, they would have known it was insane.

I think they where trying to keep it "mature" *and I use that term loosely* with the bomb threats. Until it became obvious those where repetitive and no one really cared.

Its not just for Turbo. Power Rangers in Space was meant to be more of a space opera.... till they realized Decaranger does almost no space stuff. Timeforce was meant to be more of a Time Travel series... untile Time Ranger was set almost entirely in one time era. RPM had some grand ideas, until like Carranger its tone came up.

As for Ninja Steel... I mostly liked it? Less the fart jokes, but I was fine with the rest?

...well, kind of. I didn't like Super Ninja Steel. Kinda had that Transformers: Energon "We made a story to take us through this many episodes, but we got told we have to make it that many episodes now" thing to it.
