On some level I feel like Onslaught should be a 'railbot' by default just due to length. After all, the original 'rail gun' meant artillery on a train, not an electrical item. Here's where I was comparing him and Vortex to my CW Hot Shot with guns mounted for maximum length, plus Blades behind him.
Railracer is one of the bots I super regret getting rid of.
Oh, I have that! It's in pretty rough shape, and mice got to some of the paper bits before I bought it, but it's a cool train set!
I have Rail Racer, too, need to dig out the box he's in, but won't have time this weekend.

It’s a really exciting figure Supervised By Dr.Wu designed by Mechanic Toy, in the future, they are also gonna design a BIG BOSS for this series.

Why are all the photos the wrong way round?
I think they were taken with my old flip-phone, and I forgot to turn them when I transferred them over. I used to always have issues with pics from that phone not orienting right.
That box art is SO lovely.
More deep cuts to mine. The names are even usable, although maybe a touch generic (and/or hard to secure). Caboose, Boxcar, Locomotive. Make triple changers out of these. And have the manga connect them to the Astroforce, Astrotrain's attempted squad from Triple Takeover.

I wouldn't mind a MTO of Railracer. I would definitely pre-order it. If they did a haslab, then they need to do a track set for them as a stretch goal. Maybe a small station for another stretch goal. Make it some kind of diorama.
I so wish that train set was released nowadays, as noted, my Trains and Transformers obsessed nephew is always mixing trainbots and Thomas stuff. This would be next level...
Speaking of riding the rail (gun)s, I noted how Onslaught's trailer bed had grooves spaced and sized perfectly for Vortex, BlastOff works the same way if you turn him around, and I noticed this today...the way the wing guns are, they fit OVER the bumps on the trailer so the joints don't push the wings up. Someone put some serious thought into how these guys interacted, outside the combination itself.
They're both named after the early medieval king who unified Denmark. There's a shockingly large amount of Scandinavian mythology worked into Galidor, and it's awesome.
SS "A human that's flying? By Primus what is going on?"
Human "I thought Jets were meant to be bigger?"
The glinch works in mysterious ways.
The curse of Transformers scale is spreading.
I thought he was a young Ace McCloud from Centurions.
