Went back today since I had more time and tried the whole demo. The actual Seasoned enemy at the end gave me some genuine scares and I ended up having to retreat for a second to get back some health.
I'm excited to see how harrowing it may end up getting. Very excited.

Played again today, tried all 3 tanks now. Surprisingly I'm feeling most attached to Speed. HUGE Destiny Hunter vibes playing it.
I've preordered the game digitally, shame it looks like I have to go in day of to get a code - since it wasn't printed or emailed to me - but whatever.

Where did you preorder it from? I'll probably just get mine straight from the Nintendo shop.
Gamestop, mostly because I needed to trade things in to get it. Otherwise I would have just used the eshop.
May just cancel the pre-order and pick up a card with the money because there's a concern that work hours for the week or comes out may keep me from being able to pick it up till Saturday the 25th, and that's not tenable.

Did this today. Cancelled the preorder at GameStop and got 3 $20 cards instead. Got a discount on those so I may actually have come out ahead over all.
I've preordered through the eshop now.
I got it cheaper physical.. So waiting for that.

Yeah, about that. Ever have one of those times where it feels like you spent more than you should and you really need to watch it, but then you look at your account on the app and it's like, now that I think about it, I'm doing kinda okay?
So, yeah, I got it...and it's way past my bedtime and I just now tore myself away from it.

Credits just rolled. That was an intense last section. The ending was rather abrupt. It was like, okay, You just took the last hitpoint from the boss. Time for credits. Though the fact that the game still goes on afterwards is a bit of an ending in itself.
