Only the ones that didn't get packed in with Soundwave/blaster. Both MP and MPG Laserbeak have only been sold with his respective Soundwave. Ratbat got packed in with MP Soundblaster, while MPG Ratbat got crammed in with Ravage and Buzzsaw since they apparently aren't bothering with an MPG Soundblaster.
Other random thought: It would be great to see a new Nightstalker from this mold. MP Nightstalker was terrible.
Blaster has less cassette buddies then Soundwave. It's just Steeljaw, Ramhorn, Rewind, and Eject when it comes to the ones who made it into the show. Steeljaw comes with Blaster. They could easily do Rewind, Eject, and Ramhorn as a three pack.
They could, but they're showing just the two, and they already teased MPG Twincast at the same time they teased MPG Blaster, eight months ago.
I already have MP-13 and all his cassettes, so no interest there. But you left out the important part; they also teased MP Blaster & co.!
I really don't like the Blaster. Love the tapes though.

I like the Blaster, but dammit, it feels like I just got the Kingdom one, and I don't know if this does enough to say "I need it, too."
Which is why Steeljaw coming with him drives me crazy.
If they're theoretically going to force you to buy a Twincast to complete the set, anyway, why not put Rewind with one and Eject with the other?

I would just like for the MP cassette designs to hurry up and trickle into the mainline, please. Especially as it pertains to the quadrupeds. Or, put a different way, it would be nice to have a mainline Ravage that doesn't look like a bucket of butts in cat mode.
...and a Steeljaw that didn't feel like it was made from Lego.
I want to see more of this new Steeljaw. It's definitely not an MP Nightstalker redeco, but either it's a partial off of him or it shares a lot of engineering with him. The angle shown here doesn't show off his back half very well, which is where all Nightstalker's problems were.
Pre-orders are up now. Pulse, BBTS, etc. $175 for Blaster & Steeljaw, $60 for Ramhorn and Eject. I want the cassettes, but I just can't do it. Steeljaw is my favorite Autobot cassette and the one I'd most want, but I just don't care enough about Blaster to shell out that much money for him.
The sad thing is, I was willing to overpay for MP Ratbat in the past with his Soundblaster accessory, despite Ratbat not being particularly high on my cassette list and not caring about Soundblaster in the slightest. It looks like Blaster here is about the same price Soundblaster was back then. With inflation, this should feel cheaper, relatively speaking. Instead, he feels prohibitively expensive. Just one more indicator of how badly everything's going these days, I guess.

Years ago, when I was still actively collecting MP, I probably would have snagged Blaster and his cassettes. I like him, and the cassettes are fun, but $200 + for Blaster and his familiars is more than I would ever be willing to pay. I'm happy with the SS version though, and his mainline cassettes are mostly alright, IMO.
Usually with MPs, there'll probably be a cheaper KO version out later on.
