I still want them to make my mini Metroplex idea. Maybe at Deluxe size they wouldn't consider Metrotitan too risky.
The Weaponizer base dudes from Earthrise would have been perfect for that.

Hasbro: "Who?"
I feel like it wouldn't only be Hasbro that had that reaction.
I am curious where the line is. The last ten years have really broadened what characters Hasbro is willing to do at retail. Like... we've been able to buy Marvel Jihaxus and Dreamwave The Fallen at basic big box retail over the last five years and it seems like nothing is off the table.

This seems like a no-brainer. Almost all the Titan class characters have several remold/redeco possibilities, but Titan-class pricing is not accessible for every budget. Deluxe mini-Titans would make those characters available to more fans, and that can only be a good thing.

A better G1 Metroplex than the 2013 Titan class figure will ever be.

It's always funny to me when someone says that certain characters from Japan won't sell, because no one knows who they are.

Meanwhile, I ask you "Who in the blue (and purple) hell are "Cybertread" and "Cybertronic"?

It's especially funny how the Optimus Prime-looking Japanese guy named Big Convoy is getting to be a shelfwarmer in the AOTP line.

A return to monke micro play focus in the main line has been a big want of mine for a while. It's not likely, but still.
Jurassic Park/World recently released micro playsets and they seem to be doing well enough to get deluxe versions with electronics and additional waves for other films in the franchise. Hopefully Hasbro takes notice.

Though admittedly, it’d fit something like GI Joe better

I wasn't allowed to watch Mighty Max as a kid.

Either due to the grotesque designs of the toys or because it had "mighty" in the title in reference to someone other than Jesus. I'm betting it was the latter.
