Jealous of those who already got theirs, that's for certain, I'm among those waiting for the dispatch notice as I don't live in the US so I got no clue when they'll send out the copies to the UK backers let alone the rest of the world as from what I can tell, its mainly those in America who are getting their copies
I wouldn't e-mail. I'd have whatever documentation you have available for this at the ready, then make a phone call.

Reading the review... and you've never taken Victory Saber or Deathsaurus out of their boxes? Surely you can't think the QC is that bad, do you?
They're highlights of my collection. Don't do yourself a disservice!
Very good review - and thorough. I am also guilty of doing exactly what Dave did re: Victory Saber and Deathsaurus (okay, and Fire Convoy, if I'm honest!). I don't like that I haven't yet engaged with them, but I've bought myself a new display shelf, and have vowed to make them the stars of it.
To be honest, I still have yet to take Deathsaurus out of his box. Not because of QC concerns - I don't think any have been reported with him - but because I've been occupied with a bunch of other crap. He's getting freed before this year is over, however.
Any update to the email?

Yeah I heard back. Their response was 'we're shipping as fast as they come in, be patient'.
"We are actively shipping orders as inventory arrives at our warehouse. Your order is currently pending fulfillment. We have no further details to provide at this time."
Glad that you got a response. I get the feeling you'd have had the same via phone call - I called them about something yesterday, about a different purchase, and they told me pretty much the same thing.
I did 20 yrs as Security Forces in the Air Force. I can only imagine route sweeps / coordination, do you have enough people in the right places? Which team or player is gonna do something stupid. What group of fans is going to do something stupid. Who changes plans at the last minute. No thank you. lol.

Yeah, I suppose I'm just going to sit here, thumb firmly planted, waiting for my number to come up I guess. But I've got to say, over a month and nothing is some galling customer service.
