Skywarp is probably the last use of the ER Seeker mold for the foreseeable future. Tolerances are all good and transformation is well known at this point. The colors are a dark charcoal gray and a bluish lavender. The purple is a very, very nice shade, although I'd have preferred a deep black over the dark gray. Also, accuracy be damned, I'd have liked the stripes on the tailfins. Overall, he completes the trio and I do appreciate how good they look together. He's great for rounding out the trio but I wouldn't recommend him otherwise.

The Insecticons use plain black, clear and opaque yellows and a more red-tinged purple compared to Skywarp. Of note is that Bombshell has a gray chest on this version, though I can't say I find it an improvement or detriment either way. Shrapnel and Bombhell also have consistently colored arms on this release. I'm not a fan of the silver paint since some parts are left plain gray plastic and are in very close proximity. I'd have preferred the consistency. This is most apparent on the beetle guys' hips and Bombshell's head. Good tolerances overall aside from Bombshell's shoulder lock feeling a lot "mushier." I'd say these guys are a categorical improvement over the Legacy versions despite me somewhat missing the sticker-esque detail.

The accessories are all 5-mm pcompatible and work well.. There's a lot of tiny detail on these and while Reflector and Megatron lack some details, I can't realistically fault them too much. Unfortunately, the ER Seeker mold's lack of wrists prevents Thundercracker from actually taking photos like a normal person. The energon cubes consist of two large cubes: one full and one half-drained, and six smaller cubes. The large cubes are hard plastic and while I don't have any real use for them, they're alright. The small cubes are all squishy soft plastic and tend to stick together. I wwould not recommend displaying these in contact with toys.

My pickups from the Midwest Toy and Comic show this weekend in Springfield.

Couple of 3D comics, Tech Specometer 11, and most of Roadblock.

He's missing his snowplow and various accessories, but he does still have the inner robot (minus one arm due to GPS).

I did pull him out and transform him once, but due to concerns about his ability to continue to exist in a non-powdered form, I think he'll pretty much just live in his shell from now on.
