ok, as promised, i made my own based on this digibash. wish the prize inside shapeways store was still around cause i think he had a turbomaster face plate, but i went with a regular head and a battle mask

Iirc Steamed Hams uses generative AI for these rather than Photoshop/GIMP.
Yes, I was surprised by the head changes too. My foray into photoshop didn't yield good results. Didn't know AI did this but it does make sense.
