Astrotrain is kinda hard to tell, those purple sides make the robot look a lot thinner. Train mode is better. Need to see more pictures.

Shockwave is as much as I reasonably expected, will pick up.

Kranix looks okay! His alt mode suffers a bit for the reality of hinge sizes but I appreciate the effort to include his alt mode, I always did like that from the Marvel Comic adaptation as a kid and thought it was cooler than a ship.

Skywarp is solid.

Sunstreaker and Wheeljack continue to look awful with those baby blue painted windows. Blergh.

The Matrix is pretty good. For £105 the handle should be painted tbh, but otherwise it's pretty much perfect.

105 pounds, that's about 150 dollars, right? Like a ForceFX lightsaber, dang.

I wonder if the matrix is a bluetooth speaker. Thanks to the Emgo Maverick skit I picture it playing "Everybody Poops".

wonko the sane?

You may test that assumption at your convinience.

If it's a bluetooth speaker, it'll have to be rechargeable... and that might be enough to get me to buy it.

I'm actually excited about that Matrix! Kranix looks good and so does Skywarp, but I'm pretty underwhelmed by the rest. I see they're tackling Astrotrain again (cool, I guess?), and milking as much mileage as possible from that Shockwave mold. It's cool that he's de-greebled and isn't saddled by the extra garbage they threw in the first time, but I'm not buying another Shockwave until/unless he's completely redone from the ground up, and crucially, larger.

I do hope the 'rechargeable' bit is wrong, honestly, simply because I hate a toy being limited in its life by the Iife of a non-replaceable battery of variable quality. AA's or AAA's are easier if you check them against leakage.

It DOES play The Touch! I'm trying to stay strong. I've told myself that I don't need another Matrix, but this one is <zoolander> really really good looking </zoolander>
