At the Spielwarenmesse Toy Fair, Mattel gave a first look at their DC Core action figure line. At 6.5", the figures are seemingly intended to compliment similarly scaled collector offerings. A speculation/rumor is that Mattel may be taking a similar approach with DC as they have with the WWE figures, where all the figures are the same general scale/proportions, but the collector lines skew towards more details, articulation, and deeper character cuts relative to the Core line.
