I'm glad they did the brown/bronze scheme. I found the "Onyx was Shockwave the whole time" twist to be the final straw that broke me with IDW1's storytelling. It had been grating on me more and more for a while but that was it.

They can do a IDW blue repaint down the road and that can be Onyxwave. I'll be happy with the version that has a different colour scheme and has some distance from that whole plot point.

I kinda feel this is why they did it. The Copper/Brown one is the real Onyx, while the Blue one will be "Comics Varient" Onyx

I don't much like the blue as it steps too much on Deathsaurus' toes, especially with the bird helmet, but anything would be an improvement over brown and browner.

I'd personally want something in orange, black and metallic blue. I plan on repainting with those colors once I get some free time.

Nice pic of Peacemaker, but why's it pulled out and off-center like that? You've got all this empty space (background notwithstanding) there, you should utilize it for better framing.

I don't think PCC gets nearly enough credit for it's original character designs. A lot of love went into those.
