Takara's G2 Megatron was the purple Hero mold, not the big green one Hasbro released. That Megatron already had pretty good articulation that still mostly holds up today, so I can't see there being much demand for it.
That aside, I'd like a ML G2 Megatron too. Certainly wouldn't be difficult to do. Though to be honest, I'm not sure I'd want him enough to pay ML prices. As it is, Arcee's the only definite for me so far, though a G1 Megatron would join that list. And the ones I'd really love to get would be Hot Rod and Rodimus.

Why not try the Megatron/Skywarp Mashup for Missing Link? It's not a gun mode, it's an unproduced concept that nobody has, and if they weren't married to the Skywarp fusion, they could deco the Seeker like Megaplex.

I believe it was part of his brow that is visible, not the eyes. The Magnus head sits pretty high.

Nah, TakaraTomy will figure it out. No way he doesn't get done and done right if the line lasts long enough.
They'll 'figure it out' but also be the most fragile piece of jive they've put out.
That's actually why I haven't gotten any ML Transformers yet...Optimus had some issues with the die-cast and plastic that occurred often enough to wind up in a warning on the wiki, and Bumblebee and Cliffjumper's ankles are known breakages waiting to happen. I'm very iffy on the cost-to-fragility ratio.
The KO ML Optimus seems fine and it's cheaper too.

It's a situation where I'm sure if anyone could do it, it would be them... but I'm just not sure if that river is crossable.
