Damn it. Evan and Nate all but confirmed that a new Monstructor will be coming, but he's just going to be a non-dinosaur retool of Dinoking. So he's going to again be a dinky little guy who can't really interact with the other big bots like he does in all his fictional appearances.

Now I'm just that much more disappointed I wasn't able to get the FansProject version back before the price exploded.

They still (presumably) have the Monstructor heads for CW Abominus too.

That would at least be more in-scale.

Having a small Monstructor is great for folks like me that are nostalgic for the toy scaling, and the base molds are already there (with the combiner part remolds) so it would be a crime not to use them. They could still do a full sized one later :) I'm sure an Abominus redo is on their radar.

I would love to see that CW-based Monstructor happen. It would probably end up leaving out Birdbrain, but I'd still take that over having him be tiny again.

I hope the current run of combiners continues that long. They already indicated Defensor and Predaking are on their radar. If they continue doing one a year, and they move on after those two to the last combiners fratured in the Sunbow cartoon, that would mean finishing Computron and Abominus in 2030, and other combiners coming after that. That's a long time to wait and still keep one common design direction.

Maybe this is why they are asking about Season 1/2 Characters in SS, maybe put Defensor out there since he was in Season 2. That could get two out in a year then.

You say this like it's a bad thing but it's been 4 hours and I need a doctor.

TINY MONSTRUCTOR HERE WE GO! This is exactly what I wanted.

Yeah, I still hold the (vain) hope to build a collection of Transformers that are in-scale with my regular Gobots, so the little-form combiners are kind of my jam...

Don't get me wrong. I'm not opposed to having small-scale versions of characters.

I just hate that we're still NOT getting a full-sized version of them.

Still not big enough to stand eye to eye with his main rival, Omega Supreme. :p
