A few pieces of good news:

1.) hotel vacancies in DC are higher than normal. Even the maga chuds don't want to turn up for trumps parade.
2.) That parade could still be canceled: there's apparently heavy storms supposed to start at around the same time as the parade.

The White House says the parade will go on even if it rains, as long as there is no lightning. Ultimate stubborn. Yes, the army has to operate in the rain sometimes, but crowds do not watch parades in the rain. He's going to have to pretend there was a crowd, if it rains, and that can be uncomfortable to watch.

If it does rain through his whole parade, is that God sending a message or just climate change? How to decide?

The Christians who haven't sold their souls to MAGA might see it as a message from their god. Fox News will probably give the cultists something to parrot about how it means their god loves Trump even though they would see it as the opposite for anyone else. Absolutely no one on the right will attribute it to climate change.

I am so loving the fact that the No Kings protest had more people participating in JUST Sand Diego than what Trump was able to muster to watch his vanity parade. San Diego wasn't even the largest No Kings protests today. No wonder the photo's of Trump at his parade have him looking so miserable, he's starting to realize most people don't actually like him and are starting to see through his lies.

Perhaps. But 5 to 10 million people taking to the streets to protest the actions of the current administration has got to have his enablers running a little scared. Protests are getting close to hitting or possibly have surpassed the 3.5% limit.

Anyone with common sense should see the size of the counter force, and be awed just a little bit.

Trumps supporters are divorced from common sense, and are not smart people to begin with. More to the point: they don't admit fault, they just double down, like daddy trump does.

Stephen Miller knows the score. He knows exactly what those crowd sizes mean. Problem is he and people like him are also likely willing to go 'President Clark' and try to take out the country when they know it's almost over for them.
