I like the darker versions, personally. I think that was what I based the color scheme of the Falcon Arrow in my stories on.

I have the BotCon 2016 Reflector, but that isn't REALLY reflector. I might have to pick this one up, just to pick up a good animation accurate Reflector. Especially if Thundercracker's blue is different enough (hard to tell from the current picture).
Yeah, this is the first Dramatic Capture set that I might actually be interested in. I've got the regular release and the toy color 3 pack (and Botcon 2016 sorta-reflector), but this set is just plain cool, and I wouldn't mind having another Thundercracker and Kremzeek.

A local store put preorders up for the set and curiously it's labeled "Dramatic Capture Series Decepticons Part 1." Might just be the different background but Thundercracker looks lighter in this shot.
Price isn't bad for a voyager, three deluxes and some bits. One of the reflectors is basically a freebie. I'm in.

I'm weakening. That's a decent price, and I may be able to flip the seeker if the shade isn't my shade (or is close enough to the Earthrise one).
Pick one version to be Thundercracker, the other is a background generic who just looks a lot like him. Lightningsnapper or something, I dunno.
The shade of gray they used is so clean.

The Legend of Shockwave's Gold?
Part 2 has to be Skywarp and the Insecticons. I can't think of anything else that would mirror this set. And if the sets don't mirror each other then why call them Part 1 and Part 2?
Unless Part 2 ends up being just a set to finish off the remaining named Decepticons from "More Than Meets the Eye, Parts 1-3" who haven't yet been given the Dramatic Capture treatment, which I guess would be Skywarp, Ravage, and Blue Frenzy/Rumble. Maybe they could add in Buzzsaw and Red Rumble/Frenzy to bulk out the set and round out the initial 1984 lineup.
Astrotrain and Blitzwing weren't in MTMTE, nor was Starscream's coronation. Maybe Decepticons Part 1 and Decepticons Part 2 are MTMTE themed, but Dramatic Capture as a whole is certainly not.
That's what I was referring to. The "Decepticons Part" sets.
Well, I feel less bad about those Refraktor's I just bought.
