It seems to be a remold and repaint of TLK Steelbane (with the robot head possibly changed and wings removed to give a slightly more "Chinese dragon" aesthetic).

They did an oversized one but as the original mold's dragon legs didn't support the beast mode, I didn't bother.

They're have also been at least one official Bandai Chinese dragon bot and also a recent-ish KO of it.

Are you just trying to show different dragon bots? Not sure what you're going for here other than showing other companies have made dragons in the past that look similar to the upcoming release. It's okay if you are, just wondering if that is what you're going for.

I do like this new offering as they do usually come up with some good offerings for "Year of the ______" releases in China.

I'm a little worried about the stand. The original mold was infamous for being loose and not being able to stand up in beast mode, so perhaps that's why they included a stand? I know it's meant to be a Chinese flying dragon, but I'm still worried.

The original mold was infamous for being loose and not being able to stand up in beast mode,

My Steelbane stands just fine in beast mode. Thing is, he's not meant to rear up on the back feet, he's a quadruped. The wings double as forelegs.

Ooh. I want that! My dragon knights is always good. Though it does remind me that I really should try tightening up my joints on my Steelbane and Skullitron.
