Somehow I hadn't watched through the end of this particular video. It turns out that this is the moment I received my first actual Transformer: Hound. I had always been pretty sure that Hound was the first one, as he was the only 1984 'bot that I had. I had a couple of 1985 Transformers, but I distinctly remember getting them after moving into our next house, which we did in fall of 1986, and this birthday party is December of '85.
