A Humor technique I use when I feel bad about myself, like I’m a loser, is to compare myself to Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, BTK, the Night Stalker, etc. and realize, at least I’m not as bad as them.

Does anyone out there know how to juggle? I’m thinking about learning. I heard it’s fun, and therefore good medicine.
