The UK government are going to “Section 28”* trans people. And cut down on a lot of eduction about sex and relationship issues. Unfortunately not surprising, seeing how rabidly transphobic even Britain’s supposedly ‘liberal’ media is.

Yeah, it was the US comic, but we got the US stories reprinted (with a delay). The story was published March 1986 in the Marvel US comic, and July/August 1986 here in the UK comic. I definitely noticed the similarity with Galvatron at the time, as the action figure was creeping into retail here...
I like that Starscream deco. We need more Starscreams in “Champion Edition” alt colour schemes, really. My favourite is Takara’s release of the G1 toy in Machine Wars Starscream’s colours, released sometime at the turn of the century.

Widespread and deepening poverty makes a more violent, crime-damaged society. Who’d have thought?
Depressingly, it probably shows what non-white British people have to do (or feel that they have to do) in order to be accepted as senior politicians in this country. A policy that a decade ago would merely be the brain-fart of the BNP, UKIP or any other fringe far-right party.
