Nope. As CoffeeHorse pointed out this Red Alert prototype has pinned wheels and separately moulded clear plastic windows from the solid plastic frame. Neither of which Skids has in any of his mould permutations. If this is a remould of Skids it's one of those "we only reused the internal skeleton" remoulds.

But even then... I'm not willing to say it is based on eyeballing the portholes. I remember back when MP Grimlock came out, one goober on TFormsrs insisting he'd be as big as MP-01 based on his "analysis" of the screw hole size in stock pictures. Turns out he was all kinds of wrong.
So I'm not ready to say anything about this thing's size until I see it next to another figure for comparison.
