Amazon.jp has put up a listing for what appears to be entirety of Transformers Wild King Wave 4, Sky Report. Sky Report is a Leaf Energy Eagle that transforms similarly to the previously released Thunder Beak, forming either a limb or a set of wings for the combined mode with Optimus (or Megatron, if one so chooses.)
