I think they're better able to carve the details into the steel molds. Before they were still designing nice heads, but at the manufacturing stage the details would always come out softer, shallower. Somehow we're not losing as much between designing and manufacturing now.It might even be something in the plastic mix. Something that makes it retain its shape better when cooling.</blockquote>
